Tomorrow

What will happen tomorrow? What will the day bring? Will we feel well and enjoy the pleasures of the day? Will we be in pain, or maybe in deep sorrow?

Tomorrow is a question for which we have no answers. Tomorrow is a mystery into which we would like to peer, but we cannot.

In truth, tomorrow never comes. Tomorrow disappears with the strike of the clock. Tomorrow becomes today. Today is a thing that we can handle. Today is the tool delivered into our hands to mold as ours, depending upon the Lord.

Although we will never live tomorrow, there is One Who is already there. Tomorrow is no mystery to the One who lives in eternity and is not bound by time. It seems only appropriate that since tomorrow resides in His hands, we should put our trust in Him, live for Him and love His ways (Philippians 4:13). Then, tomorrow will take care of itself.
