So Sad

I have read a lot of things but never one so sad as what you think since when is it a sin to go to a church meeting or to join with them ? Jesus said after his disciples said we saw/heard som people preaching and casting out devils in your name and we forbade them, and what did jesus say? do not forbid them for if they are for us ,then they are not against us! It is Late in the time we are waiting fofr the Lords appearance , any time soon, perhaps it is you who need repentance? read what it says and believe it first before yousay someone has sinned!you should beglad that someone has asked for Jesus to lead them,by the Holy spirit and not by a man who thinks they are right, and most surely are not completely right. That is why you are still on earthto learn what is right and tho we are to do all of the things that Jesus christ did and more, because He sasid so. The one thing we know is we are to glorify God in all that we do. Scripture says “the whole duty of man is to glorify God” ~ Love in Jesus Christ, Rev L P Richardson Sr

It should have been obvious to the apostles that someone performing miracles was validated by those miracles as having God’s approval – the source of those miracles through the Holy Spirit. “Now John answered Him, saying, ‘Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us.’ But Jesus said, ‘Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me.  For he who is not against us is on our side’” (Mark 9:38-41; Luke 9:49-50 NKJV).

Only by a shallow acquaintance with the Word of God could one come to the conclusion that any type of religious belief or practice is satisfactory with Jesus Christ. Consider these words of Jesus. “‘Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:21-23). “And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men” (Matthew 15:9). “…Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted” (Matthew 15:13). These types of biblical references from the mouth of our Lord are plentiful.

Likewise, the New Testament epistles provide abundant warning about the dangers of false teachers and false doctrine. Here are some. “Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them” (Romans 16:17-18). “I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed” (Galatians 1:6-9).

Biblical Truth will make one free from sin (John 8:32; 17:17). Manmade churches exist in spite of biblical Truth as well as in opposition to the church of the New Testament over which Jesus Christ is Head and for which He will return at the Second Coming.
