Vol. 1, No. 1 – Theme: Jesus Christ

     A theme for the inaugural issue of Gospel Gazette Online was sought with much reflection.  As Christians our whole earthly purpose revolves around godly service to Jesus Christ.  What, then, could be more appropriate than devoting this first issue to a discussion of Jesus?  ‘Unto me, who am less than the least of all editors, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ’ (Eph. 3:8).  I am indebted to our associate editors, staff and family for the great combined effort by which the Gazette debuts now.  My gratitude also extends to all the writers whose articles on these internet pages ‘preach Christ’ (Acts 8:5) and “things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus” (Acts 8:12).
